OUR PHILOSOPHY
At Scheid Architectural we believe that the quality of our work is measured by the level of satisfaction of our clients and those who use their facilities. We strive for quality by constant adaptation of our values and decisions based on the knowledge gained throughout the Design Process itself. Our goal is to listen to our client’s needs and objectives in order to design and execute a project that will meet their individual and unique expectations. We understand that the project belongs to the Owner and contribute our Construction and Design expertise to the Owner’s needs and wants to create a successful project. OUR CAPABILITIES
Our staff is well educated and experienced in building and renovation projects ranging from 500 to 250,000 square feet. We have multiple Registered Architects and a Certified Interior Designer on our Staff. We maintain long term strategic partnerships with engineering disciplines that are specifically aligned with our diverse client needs. We have in-house capabilities to complete most required design, engineering and project management services and work hard to produce long lasting, functional structures that our clients are proud of.

Scheid Architectural also subscribes to the the 1% mantra, a movement started by Public Architecture that challenged architecture and design firms to commit at least 1% of their time to pro bono services for local community based organizations.
