When it came time to update the Chapel at St. John the Baptist, Scheid Architectural was chosen for the task. Working closely with the Pastor, Scheid Architectural was able to bring his Baptismal Font vision to life, mimicking portions of existing Fonts on site, as well as introducing historic pieces of the church into the design.

Candle Devotional
The Candle Devotional was the next piece of the puzzle to be designed. Scheid Architectural provided a creative solution to expand the devotional area while maintaining a design that corresponds with the existing building lines of the chapel, allowing for a seamless integration into the church.

Staircase
Due to the grade change on site at St. John the Baptist the North Entry presents a staircase up to the chapel level. Years of use required a need for renovating the staircase. Working with St. John's and a custom fabricator, Scheid Architectural proposed new finishes and developed a unique custom design for the guardrail and found a viable solution.
